Which parcel service provider will deliver my order?
We ship our products with DHL GoGreen.

How long does delivery take?
Unless a delivery time is specified for the respective item in the online shop, the delivery time for items in stock is approximately 1-2 days within Germany and approximately 8 days to Austria and France.

Where can I track the shipping status of my parcel?
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from Shipcloud with the tracking number. The tracking number is also stored in your customer account. You can track the delivery status of your shipment at any time at the following link: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html

How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany: € 3.90 (including VAT)
To Austria: € 6.90 (including VAT)
To France Mainland € 6.90 (including VAT)

Delivery to French overseas territories is not possible. Delivery to other countries is not possible.

We want to ensure a simple and straightforward shopping experience. This includes shipping, which we carry out with DHL GoGreen. The total shipping costs are not only made up of postage, but also other factors such as packaging materials, personnel costs and insurance costs. Who bears the costs of returning the goods?

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Can I have my order sent to a delivery address other than my own billing address?
You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. Please note, however, that we only ship to the Germany, Austria and France Mainland.

What payment methods are offered in the LÄSSIG online shop?
You can choose between prepayment, PayPal and credit card.

How does payment by credit card work?
The invoice amount will be automatically debited from your credit card account as soon as the goods have left our warehouse. We accept both VISA and Mastercard. To process your credit card order, simply enter your credit card number, expiry date and security code. The LÄSSIG shop guarantees the highest security standards: state-of-the-art encryption standards are used to prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing your data, e.g. Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a recognised standard protocol on the Internet that ensures secure data exchange. In the event of a return, we will refund the amount to your account.

What does payment via PayPal mean?
PayPal is a payment service for online commerce. Customers have created a customer account on the PayPal platform, which is linked to their bank account. To create an account, you need a valid email address. In the event of a return, we will refund the amount to your account.
